La Barnerie Estate

La Barnerie Estate is located in a particular area of Ardèche, close to many touristic activities (rafting, canyoning, hiking, speleology…) and to some of the most beautiful villages of France such as Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé.

The estate overhangs the village of Saint-Alban-Auriolles, 400m above. You can find all the useful convenience stores (grocery shop, bakery, tobacco shop…) but also shops selling local products, restaurants, a bar, a caterer and a small market every Monday, during the summer season.
We are also located 6kms from RUOMS, a bigger village where you can find everything that you need within the local shops and a huge supermarket.
The estate is only 15 kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc.

The estate and our 10 accommodations

Our estate was built on a one hectare land, with forest and calcareous rocks everywhere.
Beside the main house where your hosts live, the estate has 10 independent accommodations for rent. All of them have access to the private swimming pool, with a breathtaking view over the South, the beautiful village of Saint-Alban-Auriolles and the Sampzon Rock (highest point of the area).

On the edge of the swimming pool, we recently built in 2020 (Architect : Mathieu Ozil), a two-storey building from the reception desk. The first floor opens onto the terrace of the swimming pool.
In a charming vaulted cellar, a small library is also at your disposal. You will find it under the house of the hosts.
