At La Barnerie Estate, different services are available to our guests

La Barnerie Estate is a real village of 10 independent accommodations. The estate offers two types of housing: two traditional houses of respectively 50m² and 95m², and 8 small houses of 40m².

For breakfast, we offer traditional and fresh baguettes, pastries (with chocolate or raisins) and other components of a complete breakfast for 9€.
For dinner and on certain evenings, we cook homemade dishes on demand for our guests. You can pick it up at the reception and enjoy it in your accommodation or in the common building. The recipes will vary between typical dishes from the region and exotic food (especially during the summer season) for 10€ to 12€.

The estate owns a bunch of electric bikes that you can rent to discover the region of Southern Ardèche, for 20€ a day. We bought them from the French brand MOUSTACHE, which is a top quality supplier. They will allow to you discover the surroundings effortlessly ! There is a cycle path that you can take in order to bike until the village of Vogüe (30 kms from the estate). This path also passes by Ruoms or Vallon Pont d’Arc. In another direction, you can bike until the beautiful village of Labeaume through a small and peaceful path.

All year long (except from June to August), La Barnerie Estate can host entire groups for family reunions or other occasions. Our estate is the perfect place to gather and we offer quality services in Southern Ardèche.

In June, July and August, we cannot host children over 4 years.
This does not mean we don't like children, indeed we do !
In fact, other accommodations in the region offer several activities for young people. Since our land is steep and wooded, it is not adapted to this kind of facility.
Nevertheless, we ensure peace and tranquility during your stay in our estate, in particular around the swimming pool. Indeed, this kind of facilities can be very noisy when used by young people.
For our guests with very young children, baby beds are available on demand.

The swimming pool is built on the upper part of the property.
It is surrounded by a high vegetal hedge on one side, and by the first floor of the reception building on the other side. There, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over southern massifs of Ardèche and the village of Saint-Alban-Auriolles.
In the mornings and evenings, this place brings a bit of shade during warm summers.
This part of the estate is particularly enjoyed by our visitors, when coming from a hike for example.
